Director of Nursing: 

Women’s & Children’s Service Line

Hospital:  300+-bed, For Profit, Level III Trauma Center that is dedicated to bringing innovation to the hospital to create value and provide excellent clinical care.


Position:  2,000 births annually.   145+ FTE’s.  This position will be strictly administrative  in nature.  The director will be responsible to translating the strategies of the department to the day-to-day activities for the staff.  Manages multiple cost centers within the departments to determine  that they are meeting patient satisfaction, quality and financial goals.   This position reports to the CNO.


Salary: Competitive Salary DOE, excellent benefits and relocation assistance.  NOTE: Washington does not have state income tax.



  • BSN,
  • Masters,
  • WA RN License,
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in acute care hospital,
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience , required
  • BLS,NRP certifications, required.
  • Specialty certification in area of expertise,
