INTERIM: Director of Nursing (DON)

Pacific Northwest

 

Hospital: Busy Critical Access level IV Trauma Center in Oregon.  This hospital is in growth mode and has just opened a remodeled Family birth Center, offers a  state of the art surgical program and advance radiology services with a full service lab.  This hospital has a partnership in place with OHSU to provide specialized care to the region.

 

Salary and Benefits: 6 month contract, generous salary, furnished housing & rental car.

 

Requirements: 

  • BSN, required
  • Current Oregon RN License, required
  • 3-5 years of management/supervisory experience overseeing multiple service lines in an acute care hospital, required
  • Clinical experience in surgical services, required.
  • Experience with quality metrics, required
  • Experience with proven process improvements, required.
  • Ability to grow and mentor young managers

Location: An historic city on the Oregon coast.   Known for their Victorian homes, military forts, local breweries/restaurants and a rich history as a port city!
