About the Position: 6-8 Direct Reports: Oversee NICU services at multiple sites to ensure the department is providing a high level of patient care, quality improvement, growth and fiscal goals. Actively collaborate with physicians, staff, nurses, and variety of inter-hospital departments to improve processes and implement programs to provide quality care to patients. Responsible for evaluating each site to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.  Actively assess the NICU units to develop short term and long term goals for the development and growth of the department.  This position is open due to significant growth in the department.


Salary: $150,000 DOE plus relocation and excellent benefits.


Requirements: BSN and MSN (or MSN in progress), required.  Washington RN License and minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare. Past NICU leadership (Level IV) experience, required.  Due to the scope of the position, prior Director Level experience, required. National certification in clinical specialty required within 3 years of employment.
