About the Hospital:  Not-for-Profit, Critical Access hospital that has been serving the community for over 60 years.  This hospital has an ER with an attached Urgent Care, Obstetrics, Cardiology, General surgery and Orthopedics departments as well as Swing Bed Program.


About the Position:  The CNO has overall accountability of providing leadership, direction, and administration of day-to-day operations associated with direct patient care activities, clinical education and development. Must possess strong communication, budgeting,cost containment and critical thinking skills.   This position reports directly to the CEO.


Salary: Competitive Salary DOE, along with generous benefits and relocation assistance.



  • BSN,required.
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing, healthcare Management or related field, required.
  • Idaho Nursing License, required.
  • 10 years of prior patient care and progressive management experience,required.
  • Previous experience working at critical access hospitals(CAH), required.
  • Broad experiences at different facilities,required.
