Hospital:  130+ bed Not-for-profit, Level 3 Trauma center located in the Pacific Northwest.  This hospital is part of a “Growing” regional health system of 2 hospitals, 18 primary/specialty clinics over three county’s.   The health system offers the community Adv. Cardiac and Vascular Care, Cancer Care, Level  III Emergency Services, Diagnostic Services and a Family Birth Center.


Position:  Oversees the essential functions of the Cardiac Cath Lab and Special Observation Unit.   Responsible for the coordination and integration of staff and resources necessary to care for a population of critically ill patients.  Implementation and maintenance of standards of care, current research and technological advances into practice.  Develops and monitors the annual budget for the department.   Evaluates knowledge, skills, and competencies of staff and provision for staff development.  Reports directly to the CNO.

  • BSN or Bachelors Degree, required
  • MSN,
  • Current Washington RN License, required
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in Cardiac, Critical Care and Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Observation unit,
  • 5+ years of progressive management experience in an healthcare setting,
  • AHA-BLS Certification,
  • ACLS, Certification,
  • Experience with Unions, DOH/DNV regulation standards,
  • Experience in the development of policy/protocol, educational initiatives & staff development programs, required.
