About the Role-

A well-respected Acute Care Hospital needs your Skilled Nursing & Rehab, Long Term Care expertise, passion, Management, VP & Administrator experience to step into a VP/Administrator position at their affiliate, Skilled Nursing, free-standing facility,  to lead the team to new heights of excellence! Patient population includes: Skilled Nursing Long-Term Care and Rehab. 

 

Managing the state survey process, Through-put efficiency, Process Improvement, Staff Development & Strategic Planning are several of the challenges to embrace!

 

Requirements-

- BSN with Masters is required

- 4-6+ years LTC & Rehab Director, VP, Administrator experience required. 

- Knowledge of  LTC Regulatory issues required. 

- NC License required.

- Administrator Certification required.  

 

Compensation - $110-175K+ depending on experience.
