We have a very robust team of researchers that have helped us get here and want to add an additional database/internet research expert as we are intent on growing our business while maintaining data integrity. 


  • Develops and implements strategic initiatives for sourcing talent nationally.  We have a robust database of existing candidates, plus strategies/tactics to find new individuals.
  • Writing and posting ads for various positions and maintaining online outreach/advertising within social media outlets.
  • For thorough recruitment efforts, utilizes database, job boards, internet and job board advertisements and other web-based recruiting resources to identify candidates.
  • Assess and anticipate needs of our top performing Search Consultants, work closely with them to develop strategy and tactical plans.
  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure recruitment efforts
  • Taking on various research projects which include things like: name gathering, inputting data and maintaining database integrity
  • Devising fact sheets for candidates about various positions to review in consideration for the various positions. This entails compiling information about housing and accommodations, as well as a general overview of the area. 
  • Collaborating with fellow team members to match candidates to positions nationally.
  • Sharing ideas and best practices with the team that lead to better our company, or at least our knowledge bank. 
  • Participation in our in-house training aimed to advance your skills in business practice
