About the Position: You are a Manager who is looking to be mentored into a Director role, while supporting the current Director. You are competent and confident in your abilities within L&D and you have experience overseeing staff and handling tough situations. You are also adept at building relationships both with staff as well as with physicians.  


10 L&D beds and 25 Post-Partum beds. This unit is performing about 3,000 deliveries annually. 125 FTE’s. Reports to the Director of Women’s Services.


Initiatives Include: Team building/cohesion and cross coverage skill sets.

Spend the summer golfing, hiking, biking, and  fishing. You can also try your hand at the one of the many slot machines, just don’t lose your whole paycheck!


Compensation and Benefits: $85-110K to include: health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, 401K, PTO, Flex-spending account, tuition reimbursement, as well as other discounts on travel and retail.  


Requirements: BSN required. 3+  years of clinical as well as 2+ years of progressive management experience strongly preferred.
