Hospital: This 450+ bed non-profit hospital is part of a reputable system in California.


About the Position: This position reports to the OR Director and oversees OR, PACU, SDS, GI, Sterile Processing, and the Pain Clinic. This is a 15+ bed with an off-site surgical center handling approximately 8,500 surgeries annually. Surgeries include: heart, neuro, robotics, plastics, OBGyn, bariatrics, ortho, trauma, and hybrid. There is lots of opportunity for growth. Very tenured OR staff.  


Initiatives Include: Building a strong team morale, growing the Heart and Neuro teams as well as Robotics, and Physician engagement.


Compensation and Benefits: $162K+ to include: Relocation assistance, Employment Incentive, Health, Vision, and Dental insurance, and Retirement.


Requirements: BSN required, Master’s preferred. 3+ years of clinical experience within the OR with 1+ years of leadership experience required. CA license required. Desired candidate will be a collaborative and visible leader, operationally adept, and possess a strong clinical understanding.


Location: California, so much to do in one state. This location is only a short drive from mountains, beaches, theme parks, zoos, and museums. Take part in outdoors activities including, fishing, boating, running, or biking along the lake.
