Ginny has over 15 years of administrative experience, in which she has worn many hats. She continues to take on new challenges and enjoys her role as a mentor to the research department. Ginny is originally from Florida but has called Colorado her home since 2004 where she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two wonderful children.

Expertise

Ginny primarily supports Tania Pena (Southwest/Western Region); however, she serves as a resource for the entire THI team. She focuses on research, marketing, recruiting, management of social networking sites/online venues, and all the administrative and organizational pieces needed to keep her team going.
