This 80+ bed facility is looking for an Acute Care Director to join the team and continue their success as an ‘A’ Hospital Safety Grade campus from The Leapfrog Group. This person will have oversight of their Med Surg and ICU. The director will have 85 FTEs and report up to the CNO, who has been a CNO for over 19 years! She wants an experienced director to come in and empower their employees to be the best they can be for their nurses and patients.

Requirements:

• RN, BSN Required, Masters in healthcare related field strongly preferred
• Five years of combined Med Surg and ICU experience in an acute care hospital setting required, two of those being in clinical nurse leadership.
• Must have director level experience for consideration.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with strong presentation skills
