Right now is an exciting time to join the organization with a new ambulatory care center being built adjacent to the hospital, and will open in February of next year! The CEO is progressive and wants leaders with innovative ideas that can help continue the growth of the hospital and maintain excellent standards of care. The CNO has been with the system for 18 years and loves her team…while allowing them to make the best decision for the unit and the team.

This new ASC is going to be 80,000 square feet with 3-4 operating rooms to make your own! This director will have about 19 direct reports to start and will increase that headcount based on surgical volumes. They are looking for an operationally excellent person that can write policies, procedures, and hold those at the ASC accountable.

Requirements: 

• RN Required, BSN required, Masters related degree preferred
• Minimum of five years previous clinical experience in surgical services, some in an ambulatory surgical center required
• Experience as a director strongly preferred
