We are seeking a visionary healthcare leader to serve as CEO of a critical access hospital, driving strategic growth, financial stewardship, and operational excellence while ensuring high-quality patient care. This role requires a strong background in hospital leadership, a passion for rural healthcare, and the ability to engage with community stakeholders to enhance services and foster trust. Lead and mentor a dedicated team, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or Finance required.
- Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare or a related field. required
- 3-5 years of executive leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing hospital operations.
- Passion for rural healthcare and community-driven initiatives.
