As the Director of Critical Care Services, you’re not just leading a team – you’re shaping the heartbeat of our critical care. Your visionary leadership will pave the way for excellence in patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and a supportive team culture. By forging strong partnerships with physicians and team members, you’ll foster growth, empower innovation, and ensure our patients receive the highest quality care.

Department Insights:

ICU: From Cardiac and Med/Surg to Neuro ICU and Rapid Response teams, you’ll oversee excellence. Join a Gold-level Beacon award-winning team.

PCCU: Care for hemodynamically unstable patients, complex diabetics, tracheostomy, and post-operative cases.

Cardiac Units: Manage units for Post Open Heart, STEMI/NSTEMI, WATCHMAN, Mitral Clips, heart failure, testing, and Structural Heart cases.

Respiratory Services: Supervise our dedicated therapy team and Administrative Associate.

Adult Intensivists: Collaborate with NPs, Physicians, and the ICU’s Medical Director.

Team Size: You’ll lead approximately 300 professionals, including Managers, CNLs, RNs, PCTs, and Unit Clerks.

Qualifications:

Master’s required; MSN preferred.

RN required.

8+ years of leadership experience in Critical Care overseeing multiple units to include Cardiac.
