CRNA – Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

New York

 

Join a well-respected health organization at their Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for their Ambulatory Surgery Center.  The CRNA is responsible for administering intravenous, conduction, general, and other anesthetics to render patients insensitive to pain during surgical procedures. Ensure patient welfare by monitoring and managing anesthetic effects. Conform to departmental policies and procedures, staying current in the field of anesthesia. Implement standard precautionary measures to protect patients against infection and other operating room hazards. Exhibit tact and empathy while caring for patients and collaborating with other staff members. This position reports to and works closely with the Chief Medical Officer.

 

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing plus graduate from an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesiology.
  • State certified as an RN and a CRNA.
  • ACLS certification.
  • BLS certification.

 

Benefits and Compensation:

$240K-260K Compensation DOE, along with many other great benefits.
