Director of Human Resources

Position Summary:

The Human Resources Director, role will lead organizational development, forecasting human resource needs, and ensuring the workforce aligns with the healthcare institution’s strategic initiatives. This position provides strategic and innovative advice to senior leaders to support both short and long-term business objectives, positioning the organization as the employer of choice. The HR Director will implement and drive policies and practices to ensure the Human Resources team supports the mission, employees, and regulatory compliance at state and federal levels. Additionally, the role supports organizational strategy through effective recruitment and retention strategies for top talent. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Job Type/ Schedule:

• Onsite, In-person
• Full time, Regular work week.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business Administration,
• Credential: SHRM – Talent Acquisition Specialty and/or HR Credentialing (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) – preferred
• 2-4+ years of Human resources experience in an acute care facility
• 2-4+ years of progressive leadership experience required.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal,
• Previous experience mentoring staff regarding Human Resources Department preferred.
