We have partnered with a 300+ bed Community Hospital that is part of a large system. They are currently on their Magnet journey. This organization offers excellent growth potential.
This role will oversee a 10+ suite OR as well as PACU, Pre/Post Op, PAT, Endo, and Central Sterile.
We are looking for a collaborative leader who can strategically grow the department.

Requirements:
BSN required, Master’s strongly preferred
3+ years of Director-level experience in Surgical Services
