We are seeking an innovative DME Service Line Manager to lead the development and expansion of our Durable Medical Equipment services. This is a rare opportunity to build a program from the ground up and establish a leading presence in the Western United States.

As the DME Manager, you will oversee the entire spectrum of DME operations, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth, enhancing market penetration, and optimizing financial performance. Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in shaping the future of our DME services.

Job Type/ Schedule:

• Onsite, In-person
• Full time, Regular work week

Salary: Competitive Salary DOE, Generous benefit package

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Management or a related field, required. Masters, preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in durable medical equipment management, required.
• Certification: Certified Durable Medical Equip. Specialist (CDME), Accredited in Medical Equip. Compliance (AMEC) and Certified DME Specialist (CMS), preferred.
• Experience with managing departmental budget, cost containment, revenue optimization and audits.
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare, federal, state and local regulations, required.
