This 80+ bed facility is looking for an Emergency Room Director to have oversight of their Level 3 Trauma Emergency Department. The ER has 14 beds and a fast track that sees an average of 1,400 patients a month. This person will have 68 FTEs and report to the Chief Nursing Officer.

Requirements:

• RN, BSN, Masters in healthcare related field preferred.
• Eight years of emergency room experience in an acute care hospital setting, four of those being in clinical nurse leadership.
•  Must have director level experience for consideration.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with strong presentation skills
