Join a thriving Family Practice Clinic with an excellent community centered reputation as their newest Family Nurse Practitioner. This Clinic works closely with the community hospital as well as a network of outpatient clinics, that offer a complete line of medical services to the residents of this area.  

Details: 

• Work for a well-established family practice 
• Team Oriented environment with collaboration.
• Responsibilities are at the clinic with new patients and follow up with established patients. 
• Clinic volume about 16-20 patients per day/per provider. 
• Staff: Physicians, Surgeon, CRNA’s and Nurse Practitioners. 

License/Certifications/Experience: 

• Previous experience in a Family Practice Clinic required.  
• Current Oregon License required. 
• DEA Certification required. 
• Additional Certifications: BLS  

Schedule: 

• Full time in a Full-Service Family Practice Clinic 
• No On-call, No weekends.
