The Organization:
As a valued resource in the Pacific NW, this Community Clinic offers Behavioral health, addictions, and mental/intellectual disability resources throughout a tri-county area, including a 24-hour crisis line.
The Position:
To continue to offer much need outreach to the community, this organization would like to find a Finance Director to lead their finance department and participate in growing the organization on a stable financial footing. Responsible for the Financial planning, budgeting, reporting and data analysis. The Clinic leaders would like to see a collaborative leader with the human resources and business services as well as the main contact that works directly with the CCO, Auditors and other Stakeholders. Directs the organizations financial and budget activities to maximize resources, increase revenue as well managed both internal and external audits. This position reports to a public health board.

Finance Department Stats:
- 2 Department FTE’s
- Oversees: General Accounting, Budgets, Accounts Payable, Grants, Medical Billings, Accounts Receivable and Payroll.
- Fiscal Year: July 1-June 30th
- Cash on hand: 180+ days
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s, prepared in accounting or related field,
- Master’s degree in accounting,
- CPA, preferred.
- 5+ years of Accountant, Controller and Finance management experience in a CAH, Medical clinic or public setting,
- Progressive leadership experience with a healthcare organization,
- Previous experience with finance and accounting reporting with Grant Funding,
- Current unencumbered state driving license,
- Bilingual – Spanish/English,
