Healthcare Recruiter (Internal)

Location: Pacific NW

Position Summary:

Join a thriving Healthcare organization as their Recruiter and help grow the services provided to the community by bringing top tier health professionals to the region. As their internal Recruiter you are responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This includes permanent and locums’ physicians, surgeons, and advanced practice providers. This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources.

Healthcare Organization Stats:

• 1 Hospital – Nonprofit – 16 bed facility
• 1 Intermediate Care Facility
• 3 Outpatient clinics
• 127 Employees

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business Administration or equivalent years of experience performing these essential functions and responsibilities,
• Credential: SHRM – Talent Acquisition Specialty and/or HR Credentialing (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) – preferred
• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Previous work experience in recruiting in healthcare, strongly preferred.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal,
