Director of Rehabilitation Services (Hospital)

Join a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with a 24-hour Emergency Department has started a search for a Director of Rehabilitation Services to oversee the daily activities with physical therapy, wound care/burn care, occupational therapy, speech therapy, respiratory therapy, and Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. This leadership role is a key communication liaison between Practitioners and Department Directors, and other hospital personnel. This position reports directly to the CNO.

Education and Certification Requirements

• Graduate of an approved physical therapy program,
• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy,
• Master’s degree, preferred.
• Current state license in physical therapy,
• Certifications: CPR, PALS, ACLS and NRP,
• 5+ years of Clinical Rehabilitation Services experience
• 1+ years of progressive leadership experience
• BLS, certification required.
• APTA membership, preferred.
