Human Resources Director

They are looking for a Corporate Director of Human Resources to join the team! The position will require being onsite for the first 3-6 months, then will be hybrid (working at the office at least two days per week after that). This leader should have a mix of strong business acumen, organization development, and human resources expertise coupled with consulting skills required to aid in guidance and development of human resources practices within the business.

 

This Director will report to the Vice President of HR Strategy and Operational Excellence. This VP has over 25+ years in HR and is looking for someone dedicated to being a role model to HR Business Partners in the market. She also has a great sense of humor, so someone that can also make work fun is a plus. This Director will have two direct reports (2 Human Resources Business Partners). The ideal candidate must have recent hospital experience in Human Resources and longevity in positions is highly desirable.

 

Salary: The salary midpoint for this role is 145k based on years of experience and education. This position comes with a 10% annual incentive bonus and offers up to 25k in relocation assistance.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 7+ years of Healthcare Human Resources experience – Relevant HR experience (HRBP, HR Director preferred) gained in healthcare related business with multiple stakeholders (including matrix relationships)
  • SHRM certified and/or extensive knowledge of current Human Resources practices, principles, and trends
  • Extensive experience of operating in a business partner model, working with local leaders to create positive business outcomes
  • Experience in organization development, human resources, training, and talent planning
  • Experience working with change management principles, tools, and methodologies
