ICU Nurse Manager

New Jersey

Join a thriving ICU Department as their ICU RN Manager, where you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional patient care in the Intensive Care Unit or Critical Care department. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead and manage a dedicated team of nursing professionals, overseeing scheduling, performance evaluations, and hiring. You’ll ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, skillfully allocate resources, and maintain the highest standards of patient care. Additionally, you’ll drive performance improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous excellence through hands-on leadership. You’ll report directly to and collaborate closely with the organization’s Chief Nursing Officer.

Requirements:

• BSN, required
• Current State of New Jersey Nursing License, required.
• Certified in critical care nursing, by AACN
• 2+ Years of progressive Leadership Experience at charge level or above, required.
• 2+ years of previous ICU nursing experience in an acute care facility required.
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS
