We’re looking for an experienced Imaging Department Manager who is ready to make a meaningful impact leading a dedicated imaging team and shaping the future of diagnostic care across both hospital and clinic settings.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead all operations of a busy Imaging Department, ensuring compliance, safety, and quality at every level.
- Supervise a multidisciplinary team (including technologists and contracted imaging professionals).
- Oversee imaging services including X-ray, CT, MRI, PET, ultrasound, mammography, nuclear medicine, and bone density.
- Ensure equipment is maintained, compliant, and operational from acquisition and installation to quality control.
- Partner with providers, radiologists, and staff to streamline workflows, enhance communication, and improve service delivery.
- Monitor financial performance and manage departmental budgets with a strategic, forward-thinking mindset.
- Spearhead service line growth and lead the department in accreditation readiness (TJC, MDH, and other regulatory agencies).
- Assist with direct patient care as needed, within scope of licensure, in support of team coverage and continuity.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program; ARRT certification or related imaging credential required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of hospital-based clinical imaging experience; at least 5 years of leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of CPT coding, PACS/RIS, regulatory compliance, and imaging operations.
- Prior experience with Epic, Oracle, and Merge PACS is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
