Interim Pharmacist

Facility:  Acute Care Hospital

Location:  Oregon

Brand new Interim Pharmacist opportunity at a thriving community hospital in the Pacific NW. A Pharmacist will provide quality, safety, and security of pharmaceutical care through effective management, interpersonal skills, and clinical expertise. Hospital pharmacists comply with all current legislation and regulations relating to the safe use of medicines. Maintain good working relationships with other professionals, including pharmacists, hospital administration, and healthcare providers to ensure that patients are prescribed the correct dose of medication. This should be done according to current guidelines and so that they understand how they need to use their medication. Reports to the Interim Pharmacy Manager and Chief Nursing Officer.

Interim Details:

• 3-month assignment to start,
• Rental Car, if needed
• Housing
• Monthly trip home

Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college of Pharmacy with a master’s degree or Pharm D and is a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Oregon, Mandatory.   Must have a minimum 5+ years as a pharmacist.  304B, certification, required.
