We are seeking a dynamic Director of Labor and Delivery to lead a fully staffed, high-performing team within our mid-sized Acute Care Hospital. As part of a reputable healthcare system, this facility offers a comprehensive range of services and is dedicated to both exceptional patient care and fostering a supportive work environment. With a focus on Shared Governance and Studer Principles, this is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader to make a real impact.

Key Highlights:

• 2,500+ births annually
• 60+ FTEs across Labor & Delivery, Antepartum, and Postpartum units
• Fully staffed unit
• Reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)

What We’re Looking For:

• BSN required; Master’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a Manager or Director role
• Academic Medical Center experience is a plus
