About the Hospital

About the Role
Oversees the essential functions of the Cardiac Cath Lab and the coordination of staff and resources necessary to care for a population of critically ill patients. Implementation and maintenance of standards of care, current research and technological advances into practice. Develops and monitors the annual budget for the department. Evaluates knowledge, skills, and competencies of staff and provision for staff development. Reports directly to the Administrative Director over Cardiovascular Services.
- 300 bed facility.
- 15-20 FTE’s
- 6 procedures Labs, 6 combo Labs
- Cases: Pacemakers, Ablations, TAVR’s, LAAO ASD, PFO Closures, SubQ ICD
Requirements
- Graduate of a Nursing program or Rad Tech Program, required
- Current State Nursing License or rad Tech License,
- 2+ years of Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Catheterization Lab environment, experience,
- Recent progressive leadership experience
- Effective communication skills: Written and Verbal
- Working knowledge of computers.
- Hands-on, scrub in as needed
