One of our valued clients is seeking a Manager of Performance Excellence & Quality to lead quality initiatives, drive performance improvement, and enhance patient care in a people-first environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader passionate about quality outcomes and data analysis.

Key Highlights:

• Lead quality initiatives for the Cardiac Service Line
• Oversees 4 Abstractors
• Oversee data registries and performance improvement efforts
• Support regulatory compliance for cardiovascular services

What We’re Looking For:

• Healthcare-related Bachelor’s degree required, MUST be a licensed clinician (i.e. Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, or Paramedic)
• MUST have a clinical expertise in Cardiac AND experience in Quality/Performance Excellence 
• Leadership experience highly preferred
