We have partnered with an Academic Medical Center to find their next NICU Manager for a 240+ bed Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Texas!

This Level IV 60-bed NICU is consistently ranked among the top in Texas for clinical quality and family satisfaction. Designed with all private and semi-private rooms, the space is built to support healing and family-centered care.

You’ll lead a dedicated, multidisciplinary team that includes neonatologists, nurse practitioners, and specialized support services (OT, RT, Lactation, and more). The NICU is closely integrated with their Level IV maternal-fetal medicine program, providing seamless care for high-risk newborns and their families.

Requirements:

• RN and BSN Required, Masters Preferred
• Clinical background in Level III/IV NICU or pediatric critical care required
• Six years of nursing experience required, 1–3 years of nursing leadership experience (Manager or strong ANM) required
• Passion for quality, innovation, and team engagement
