Nurse Manager – Emergency Department

Washington State

Hospital: 

Join a visionary leadership team at a Fully accredited, Critical Access Hospital in an Emergency Department that sees 6,500+ visits per year; the ER Manager will be expected to be visible to both patients and staff and must be capable and willing to handle complex issues, as they occur.  Looking for a supportive and collaborative leader who can come take the ER to next level!

Stats:

• 17 cases per day (volume is increasing due to new urgent care clinic)
• Epic EMR in the ED
• 35 FTE’s: Nurses, ED Techs
• Non-union

Requirements:

• BSN,
• Current State RN license,
• 5+ years of clinical and progressive leadership experience in Emergency Services,
• Emergency Nurse Certification (CEN), required,
• Current BCLS and ACLS. Basic Arrhythmia Certification,

Salary:    $145,000 DEO with a benefit package.
