Nurse Manager of Surgical Services

Join a Critical Access hospital that has been taking care of the community’s healthcare needs for over 100 years! It has now started on a path of growth with a newer hospital facility and adding a dynamic CNO and CEO with big future plans.

The leadership of this hospital would like to find a RN Manager of Surgical Services to help lead the Perioperative Services department. Oversees peri-operatives services including operating room, PACU, outpatient surgery, ambulatory care, central scheduling, and sterile processing. this position works closely with and reports to the CNO. Perioperative Department:

• FTE’s – 14
• 2021- 110+ inpatient procedures/530+ outpatient procedures
• 2 OR Rooms and 1 Procedure room
• General Surgery, Ortho, Pain, Urology, Scopes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in nursing (BSN), required
• Current State RN License, required.
• 5+ years in Peri-operative or other healthcare related services, required.
• 2+ years of progressive leadership experience in Surgical Services, strongly preferred.
• CNOR, preferred.
