We have a unique opportunity to join a growing OB/GYN Hospitalist function either as full-time or part-time in one of the most dynamic, supportive, professional teams of collegial physicians, midwives, nurses, and staff in one  of the most financially stable community health system in the nation that is in one of the fastest growing communities as best-places-to-live-and-work!

Responsibilities include:

Obstetrics

• Evaluation and emergency management of OB patients in ER, OB ER, and labor and delivery units
• Assisting in the care of community OB patients
• Assisting in c-sections
• Caring for unassigned obstetrical patients

Gynecology       

• Evaluation and emergency management of unassigned GYN patients

Requirements:

SOFT SKILLS:

• Collaborative team player
• Expert in their field
• Good sense of humor!
• Caring, empathetic bedside manner
• Skilled communicator with excellent Emotional Intelligence to connect with patients experiencing the most sacred call of being a woman – CHILDBIRTH!

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• BE or BC OB-GYN
• Medical License (Compact/state licensure)
• DEA State License requirements
