Peri-Anesthesia Operations RN Manager – Outpatient
Mid-west
Join a not-for-profit Level 1 Trauma Center that is part of a growing healthcare system as their new Peri-Anesthesia Operations RN Manager. As the Peri-Anesthesia Operations RN manager, you will bring stability to the department while mentoring the staff to maintain hospital patient care standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with other hospital departments and physicians to ensure patients are provided a high level of patient care. The Manager will report to the Executive Director of Surgical Services.
Outpatient Surgical Clinic Stats:
- Cases: Orthopedic, ENT, Pediatric ENT, Urology, Breast, Oncology, Plastics, Gynecology
- 13-15k+ procedures annually outpatient
- 80 FTE’s – nurses, surgical tech’s, anesthesia, transport
- # of suites – 11 OR suites
Requirements:
- BSN, required.
- Master’s degree, required.
- Current state RN License, required.
- 4 years of Clinical Surgical Services experience in an acute care hospital, required.
- 2+ years of management/supervisory experience required.
- BLS and NRP, required.
- CNOR certification, preferred.
