A quaint New England setting needs you! This Community hospital located in New England is looking for a new Pharmacist to help make an impact! The position will assume a variety of clinical and distributive functions. The pharmacist will be responsible as a proactive health care team member, striving to identify, resolve and/or prevent potential and/or actual drug related problems.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with a Bachelor of Science degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
- Previous experience in a hospital setting
- Ability to recognize and report practice deviations to improve the medication system.
- Communication with pharmacy, nursing, medical staff, and other health professionals (within the hospital and community) will be significant.
