Join a talented team of healthcare professionals at a small network of clinics and a thriving community hospital as their Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will provide thorough physical therapy evaluation, evidence-based plan or care, and skilled interventions, performing re-assessments and required paperwork on cases. Participates easily and effectively amongst the team of medical providers, understanding and knowing the role of inpatient, transitional care, and outpatient services. This position will be part of the interdisciplinary team in the Rehabilitation services department which reports to the Rehabilitation Services Director.
This hospital would like to find a Physical Therapist with:
- Bachelor’s Degree in physical therapy,
- Master’s or Doctorate degree,
- Current state physical therapy license,
- BLS Certification,
- Strong therapy skills in treating neurologically impaired patient populations in outpatient and Inpatient settings,
- Experience with vestibular rehab, Cardiac rehab, or chronic pain patients,
- Must have a valid state driving license,
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications, attending webinars, establishing professional networks, participates in professional organizations,
