Physician Clinic Manager (Operations)
Pacific NW

The Medical Clinic Manager (operations) oversees day-to-day business and/or clinical operations. The Medical Clinic Manager will help develop patient care standards and ensure quality patient care through working closely with providers and nursing staff. They will have administrative oversight and supervision of all clinical and administrative staff and will promote a teamwork atmosphere within the clinic and when working with the larger organization. Develops and manages annual budgets and provides monthly financial summaries to the providers and executive leadership. This position reports to the Director of Medical Services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, related field or equivalent experience, required.
• 3-5+ years of experience in Clinical Services, Physician Practices, Outpatient services, Family Health Services or Urgent Care,
• Previous experience working in Rural Health clinics, strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Cerner EMR,
• Knowledge of Clinical office procedures, CPT codes, and filing systems, required
