Radiology Director

Western United States

The Radiology Director is responsible for directing and managing the performance of all medical imaging services throughout a vast network of outpatient clinics. The Director will focus on planning, implementing, and controlling efficient and cost-effective imaging processes that meet departmental goals. Will ensure strong colleague engagement, exceptional high-quality care, and consistent delivery that aligns with our strategic planning. The Director mentors the medical staff to ensure strong engagement, smooth and seamless execution of medical imaging performance, and adherence to regulatory standards and company policies. This position reports to the chief Operating Officer.

Job Type/ Schedule:

• Onsite, In-person
• Full time, Regular work week.
• On occasion, this position may require evening or weekend work.

Salary: Competitive Salary DOE, Generous benefit package and relocations assistance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, required.
• Certifications American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), required.
• 5-10+ of Medical Imaging Experience
• Advance Knowledge of radiology equipment and procedures, required.
• Effective Communication skills: Both written and verbal.
