This location is a Magnet teaching hospital that has over 300 beds. They have one of the busiest ER’s in the system, so their radiology department is extremely busy as well. The Director that this Manager will report to has been here for over a year, and is described as a servant leader with a focus on improving employee, patient, and physician satisfaction while ensuring the highest quality of care.

Requirements:

• Any combination of recognized Radiology Credentials: ARRT, NMT, CT, RS, RT. Bachelors Degree required.
• Must have at least five years experience in a hospital setting in the radiology department. Two years of leadership experience required.

Salary: The minimum for the salary is $45.15 an hour, 25^th percentile is $50.80, 50^th percentile is $56.44, and the 75^th percentile is $62.09.
