Regional Chief Quality Officer – RN Required

 Southwestern Region

Are you or someone you know ready to be part of an incredible journey? We are collaborating with a long-standing client in the Southwest Region who is known for their culture of caring.

They are in search of a Regional CQO – RN for their 4-hospital system to oversee Quality, Risk, Patient Safety, Medical Staff, Credentialing, and Infection Control.

As a leader within the organization, this role bears the responsibility of facilitating the achievement of organizational and departmental goals through the effective application of leadership knowledge, skills, and abilities. Success in this position is measured by meeting and surpassing expected outcomes in areas such as patient/customer service, employee engagement, financial health, business growth, and quality and safety outcomes.

Furthermore, this position holds the responsibility of orchestrating and directing quality policies, programs, and initiatives, designed to drive continuous improvements in clinical performance and overall quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or closely related field required.
• RN required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 5+ years of leadership experience in a large hospital setting overseeing multiple service areas to include Quality.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality improvement and patient safety.
• CPHQ certification preferred.
