Senior Director –Clinical Emergency Services– Level II Trauma Center (RN)

We are seeking a highly collaborative, experienced director (Senior Director Emergency Services) to partner with the medical director in dyad relationship to bring emergency services to best-in-class on national level. Bring your demonstrated track record of leading teams to high levels of engagement to pride fully serve best clinical outcomes and metrics performance to the community served. You will provide administrative oversight for to include a high-volume Level-II Trauma Center (Adult and Pediatric), FSEDs, an ED Behavioral Health Unit, and a forensic nursing program that provides services across the system with 85,000 annual visits.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s REQUIRED
• 5 years as successful nursing director of high-volume Emergency Department (prior scope minimum of 70,000 visits per year)
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills
• Skilled in program development
• RN License for state upon hire (or appropriate clinical specialty certification required)
