This 250+ bed Magnet Campus is looking for a Trauma Program Manager to begin their journey in becoming a Trauma Designated hospital!  It is a newly created position in which this person will have the autonomy and resources to do what they need to get to the level required for Trauma Designation. The ideal candidate will have worked in a Trauma Program Manager position and will have assisted with trauma designation in the past.

 

This Trauma Program Manager will report to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer who has been with this healthcare system for over seven years! She is described as a servant leader, and that being a nurse has always been part of her identity. She also enjoys being able to create a lasting impact on patients and their family in some of the scariest and most difficult moments in their lives.

Salary: The salary midpoint for this role is $120k based on years of experience, education, and scope of services.

 

Requirements:

  • RN required, BSN required, Masters degree in healthcare related field preferred.
    • ATCN or TNCC required within 90 days of hire
  • 5 years of nursing experience in a Trauma Program role, three years in direct clinical care required.
