They just opened a brand-new campus and need a tenured Women’s Services Manager to join the team! This leader will be over their state-of-the-art labor and delivery unit and their post-partum unit. This Manager will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, who has been with the system for over seven years! She is described as a servant leader that is dedicated to improving patient safety through performance improvement and fantastic employees.

Salary: The midpoint for this role is $135,907 as a base salary. This role also has a 10% management incentive bonus and will offer relocation assistance.

Requirements:

• RN, BSN Required
• At least five years of labor and delivery and post-partum experience required, two years of clinical management experience required.
