Outpatient Clinic Director

Position details:

Join a growing community hospital as the Outpatient Clinic Director, oversees a network of medical clinics dedicated to expanding access to quality care. The Director will have oversight of the provider’s activities and those of the clinic, developing clinical programming to achieve quality care for patients and their families. Administrative oversight and supervision of all clinical staff to enhance the quality of care to clinics’ customers. Develops, implements, and manages annual budgets. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

Position Type/Expected schedule:

• Onsite
• Full-Time

Position Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration,
• 3-5+ years of progressive leadership experience, in physician and/or outpatient clinics,
• Working knowledge of standards and regulations in the clinical fields,
• Previous experience in managing budgets and handling supply management for clinics
• Knowledge of Clinical office procedures, CPT codes, and filing systems
• Previous experience working in Rural Health clinics, strongly preferred.
