Krista has been an executive recruiter in clinical nurse leadership since August 2015. Her strengths are becoming the client ambassador and candidate advocate for those she represents in the market. Krista’s primary focus is on the Texas market and surrounding states. Before she was an executive recruiter, she was in retail operations for 16 years and had an extensive focus on customer service, which translates well into the world of recruitment.
Expertise: She provides permanent and interim solutions for several hospital entities, including some of the country’s largest faith-based, not-for-profit healthcare systems.

Interests: When not recruiting, she enjoys playing with her two dogs, Milo and Paul. She also sits on the MRINetwork’s Charitable Foundation board of directors. Every year, she hosts a fundraiser called “Karaoke for a Cause,” where all proceeds benefit Shriners Hospitals for Children.
Education: Bachelors Degree in Communication with a Minor in Sociology.
