Managing Partner

Tania joined the HealthCare Initiative in 2008 as a solo Account Executive. During her tenure, she has built a team and is now “Managing Partner” leading the Southwest Region recruitment team. Her clients are based in Nevada, California, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Hawaii and parts of Colorado. Tania attributes her success to her loyal clients and her team.

Providing Interim and Permanent Leadership recruiting solutions for hospitals in the Southwest Region. Our hospital clients reach out to us specifically when they have critical leadership openings within their Nursing & Ancillary teams. Specialty areas include: Women’s and Children’s, Surgical Services, Critical Care Services, Emergency Services, Oncology, MedSurg/Ortho, Quality, Risk, Ambulatory/Outpatient Services, and Care Management.

Interest

Tania Enjoys everything Colorado has to offer when it comes to outdoor activities. In the summer you can find her on a paddle board on Lake Dillion, hiking the many beautiful hikes around the state, enjoying outdoor concerts at Red Rocks or just taking in the scenery on a leisurely drive. In the winter, you will find her on the slopes or on a snowmobile at one of the many winter resorts Colorado has to offer Breckenridge, Vail, Beaver Creek and Aspen to name a few!
