Director of Quality

As the Director of Quality, you are responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring quality improvement initiatives, compliance with regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards. The Director collaborates with clinical and administrative staff to identify areas for improvement, analyze data, and implement evidence-based practices. They also lead efforts in patient satisfaction, risk management, regulatory affairs, quality, infection prevention, and patient relations to promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in healthcare delivery. Reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer.
Requirements:
- BSN required; masters preferred
- A minimum of five (5) years’ Quality, Risk Management, or Infection Prevention experience in nursing position, required.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ progressive leadership experience in an acute care facility, required.
- Experience working with accreditation process, conducting surveys, and regulatory reporting required.
- CPHQ certification, required.
