The 445+ bed flagship hospital is a Level 3 Trauma Center and is looking for an INTERIM or PERMANENT Night Shift Manager. There are 48 beds in the unit, and they see up to 170 patients a day. They are looking for leaders who are open to positive change, can empower the staff to be their best nursing self, and focus on quality safety measures for the patients.

Requirements: 

• RN required, BSN required
• At least five years in the emergency room on the inpatient acute care side required, two years in clinical nurse leadership required.
