SCOPE: 21 OR (with hybrid and trauma rooms)

                Surgeons and anesthesiologists that truly respect and honor staff and work collegially with all.

SEEKING:             An experienced director of surgical services who has the following:

• BSN/Masters in related healthcare/business
• Foundation in nursing in the OR (no clinical work required in role, but must have
• OR RN experience in background)
• Collaborative leader who is supportive, accountable, and can lead teams effectively.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in OR Operations/business acumen.
• Passionate about patient centered delivery and maintaining high employee engagement.
• Excellent physician relationship skills
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Strategic and innovative mindset
